The plan "Els Patacons" is one of the most beautiful and famous via ferrata in the province of Tarragona. Its length of almost 500 m, its 4 Nepalese bridges (up to 30 meters), the spectacular climb to one of its vertical needle rock with a 20m rappel and the awesome views from there, make this via ferrata an unforgettable adventure.

In addition, a little practical training awaits us with techniques and maneuvers that can be very useful for doing via ferratas or for mountaineering in general.

A perfect plan to enjoy the beautiful views offered by the “Muntanyes de Prades” and a full day of adventure!

Difficulty: K4. For people who have previous experience in via ferrata (K3) or climbing. If you have any doubts contact us.

How do we get there?  By shared private cars from Barcelona. During the booking process you’ll be invited to tell us if you have a car and how many people can come with you in the car. Each passenger will pay €15 to the driver to cover gas and tolls expenses. You can also meet us on the spot at 10:00AM.

There is the option of going by train to Reus (approx. €9/way) and the guide will pick you up there at 09:00. In this case, apart from the train ticket you will have to participate with the guide's gas (approx. € 5-7 / person).

COVID19: in case of cancellation due to restrictions related to Covid-19, we will send you a promotional code for the amount payed that you can use to book another activity in the future (without deadline).

If cancellation till 72h before the beginning of the activity, €15 will be charged. If late cancellation (less than 72h before), full payment (€45) will be requested.
