Vall de Núria, 4 days in paradise at 2,000m above sea level

What will we do? La Vall de Núria is a valley of glacial origin, located at almost 2000m high above sea level and surrounded in all directions by mountains over 2800m high. It’s a perfect natural location where we’ll find some of the nicest peaks of the entire Catalan Pyrenees. In the middle of the glacial circus, next to a lake, there’s a fantastic 3-star hotel and when night falls ... it becomes a 1000-star hotel!  

We ‘ll be at the feet of some mythical mountains such as Puigmal or Noucreus. We’ll be able to explore beautiful waterfalls such as those formed in the Núria river, enjoy an evening hike under the stars or simply relax and breathe the peacfull and pure air around at 2000m high. 4 fantastic days to connect with nature in a unique natural environment! 

Difficulty: easy-moderate. Hikes from of 5 to 8 hours each day. We will walk between 10 and 18km with a positive elevation gains of between 400 and 1000m (Puigmal) each day.

Accommodation and meals: We’ll be staying in the famous hotel of Vall de Núria, with beautiful views of the surroundings. We’ll be in apartments of 4-5 people with 2 double bedrooms (one or two beds), a sofa bed, kitchen equipped with 2 burners, dining room, private bathroom, sheets and towels.

There is a mini supermarket and a good restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner (if you do not want to prepare the food on your own).

How we'll get there? By train from Barcelona to Ribes de Freser station. There we'll take the famous "Cremallera" rack railway towards Vall de Núria. There's no way to get there by car, so we'll be in pure nature!

We'll take unlimited trips ticket for the "tren cremallera", so we'll be able to go to Ribes de Freser to do some shopping or do some longer routes by taking the train at the end.

Cancellation policy: 

If cancellation till 7 days before the beginning of the activity, 50% of the total amount will be charged. If late cancellation (less than 7 days), full payment will be requested.

COVID19: In case of being positive for coronavirus or having to quarantine for having been in contact with a positive, 100% of the down payment is refunded (presenting medical documentation). In case of official mobility restrictions implemented by the government, a 100% refund will also be made.
