Let's discover together the Sierra del Montsant, the wines of the Priorat and Siurana, a fantastic little village located on top of impressive cliffs with amazing views on a big reservoir.

Here are the ingredients of the weekend: beautiful hiking trails among vineyards, cliffs, rivers and authentic villages; tasting of one of the best wines of Catalonia (optional visit of an organic Priorat cellar); history and culture.

What we’ll do?

Visit of Siurana and hiking on a beautiful track with spectacular views, passing by natural pools. Visit of a misterious abandoned village and an amazing natural geological fenomenon (it's a surprise. If you don't like suprises, send us a private message and we'll tell you what it is;) and hike in the beautiful nature around it.

Trekking around villages and vineyards of the Priorat and the Sierra del Montsant. We can optionally visit a small winery that belongs to a passionate family and we’ll taste 3 of its wines.

Difficulty level: easy - moderate: from 8 to 13km and 200 to 650m level difference.

Accommodation and meals: We’ll be staying in fully-furnished apartments in the beautiful village of Prades surrounded by the beautiful natural park "mountains of Prades". Each apartment has a capacity of 4 people (individual or double beds/max 2 people in the same room). The house is very typical and has a charming inside garden. Meals: everybody can decide where and what to eat. We can also cook together in the apartments. Some of us will stay in a rural guest house nearby. (twin rooms with 2 singles beds). If you want to stay in a single room, there is an option of accommodation in the same town of Prades with a supplement of approx. +€35/night (subject to availability). In that case, please contact us so we can inform you.

How we'll get there: by shared private cars from Barcelona. During the booking process you’ll be invited to tell us if you have a car and how many people can come with you in the car. Each passenger will pay the driver for gas and tolls (20€ each if 2 or 3 passengers. 15€ if 4 passengers).  

What to bring: a raincoat/waterproof hiking gear (just in case), hiking shoes, a hat, mountain clothes suitable for the season of the year, swimming suit + towel (river baths for the brave ones), sunscreen, walking sticks (optional). 

Cancellation policy:

COVID19: in case of cancellation due to restrictions related to Covid-19, we will send you a promotional code for the amount payed that you can use to book another activity in the future (without deadline).

If cancellation till 72h before the beginning of the activity, 50% of the total amount will be charged. If late cancellation (less than 72h before), full payment will be requested.

Vamos a descubrir juntos la Sierra del Montsant, los vinos del Priorat y Siurana, un pequeño pueblo fantástico rodeado de montañas impresionantes y cuyos acantilados diseñan los contornos de su embalse.

Los ingredientes del fin de semana: bonitas rutas de senderismo entre viñedos, acantilados, pantanos y pueblos auténticos; degustación de uno de los mejores vinos de Catalunya (con l@s que quieren, visitaremos una bodega ecologica del Priorat); historia y cultura.

¿Qué haremos?

Visita de Siurana y ruta circular con vistas espectaculares al pantano y pasando por unas piscinas naturales preciosas. Visita de un místerioso pueblo abandonado y de una fénomeno geologico extraordinario (es una sorpresa - si no te gustan las sorpresas, envianós un mensaje privado y te contarémos lo que és)  y ruta en su bonito entorno natural.

Rutas de senderismo entre pueblos y viñedos del Priorat y en la Sierra del Montsant. Opcionalmente, visitaremos una pequeña bodega que pertenece a una familia apasionada con degustación de 3 de sus vinos.

Nivel de dificultad: fácil - moderada. Rutas entre 8 y 13km cada día con desniveles entre 200 y 650m

Alojamiento y comidas: nos quedaremos a dormir en apartamentos equipados y amueblados en el bonito pueblo de Prades, rodeado de las preciosas "montañas de Prades". Son confortables con camas individuales (cama doble en opción ) y una capacidad cada uno de 4 personas. La casa es muy típica y tiene un patio/jardin interior con mucho encanto. Algunos nos quedaremos en habitaciones dobles (camas individuales) en una casa rural cercana. Si deseas una habitación individual hay opción de un alojamiento en el mismo pueblo de Prades con un suplemento de aprox. +35€/noche (según disponibilidad). En ese caso, porfavor contacta con nosotros para que te informemos.

¿Cómo llegaremos ahí? Compartiendo coches particulares desde Barcelona. En el proceso de reserva, te preguntaremos si tienes un coche y cuántas personas pueden ir contigo. Cada pasajero le pagara al conductor del coche para cubrir gastos de gazolina y peajes. (20€ si hay 2 o 3 pasajeros. 15€ si hay 4 pasajeros en el coche)

¿Qué llevar?: ropa de caminar impermeable (por si acaso), botas de senderismo, un sombrero, bañador y toalla (baños en los ríos para l@s más valientes), protector solar, palos de senderismo (opcional). 

Cancelaciones:

COVID19: en caso de cancelación por restricciones relacionadas con Covid-19, os enviaremos un código promocional por el importe abonado que podréis utilizar para reservar otra actividad en el futuro (sin fecha limite).

Si cancelas hasta 72 h antes de la actividad, el 50% del importe total es debido. En caso de cancelación de última hora (menos de 72 h), el importe total será requerido.
