Snowshoes hiking and Igloo building at La Cerdanya

The plan We will go to the municipality of Alp, in the region of Baja Cerdanya, where we will start a beautiful hike with snowshoes. It’s a track of more or less 3 hours with a positive level difference in between 200 and 400 meters (suitable for begginers). We have several options of hikes in the area and we will decide on the most appropriate one depending on the weather and snow conditions. Whatever route we choose to go to, the idea is to enjoy the snow, connect with the mountains and contemplate the beauty of the landscapes of this beautiful region of the Catalan Pyrenees.

In the afternoon, after the picnic we'll have some fun trying to feel like eskimos by building an igloo.

Difficulty:  easy 3 hour walk approx. with a positive level difference of in between 200 and 400 m. Suitable for beginners and people with some experience with snowshoes (not necessary).

How do we get there? Sharing private cars from Barcelona. During the booking process you’ll be invited to tell us if you have a car and how many people can come with you. Each passenger will pay in between € 20 (if 3 or 4 passengers) and € 25 (if less than 3 passengers) to the driver to cover gas and tolls expenses. You can also meet us directly at the parking lot of FGC LA MOLINA station at 10:15AM.

Not included: Transportation: € 20 - € 25 to the driver for gas and tolls. 

Cancellation policy: COVID19: in case of cancellation due to restrictions related to Covid-19, we will proceed to make a promo code with the amount payed for another activity in the future. 

If cancellation till 72h before the beginning of the activity, 50% will be charged. If late cancellation (less than 72h before), full payment will be requested.
