Snowshoes hiking and hot springs at La Cerdanya

The plan We'll go to the municipality of Alp, in the region of Baja Cerdanya, where we'll start a beautiful and easy hike with snowshoes. It’s a track of more or less 3 hours with a positive level difference in between 200 and 400 meters. We have several options of hikes in the area and we'll decide on the most appropriate one depending on the weather and snow conditions. Whatever route we choose to go to, the idea is to enjoy the snow, connect with the mountains and contemplate the beauty of the landscapes of this beautiful region of the Catalan Pyrenees.

In the afternoon, after the picnic we will enjoy a relaxing experience in the thermal baths (40°C) of Dorres located on the other side of the border (bring ID-passport). (optional + €5,5)

Difficulty:  easy 3 hour walk approx. with a positive level difference of in between 200 and 400 m. Suitable for beginners. It does not require any previous experience with snowshoes.

How do we get there? Sharing private cars from Barcelona. During the booking process you’ll be invited to tell us if you have a car and how many people can come with you. Each passenger will pay in between € 20 (if 3 or 4 passengers) and € 25 (if less than 3 passengers) to the driver to cover gas and tolls expenses. You can also meet us directly at the parking lot of FGC LA MOLINA station at 10: 15AM.

Transportation: € 20 - € 25 to the driver for gas and tolls. 

Cancellation policy: if cancellation till 72h before the beginning of the activity, 50% will be charged. If late cancellation (less than 72h before), full payment will be requested.
