Rancing - Run and dance in the streets of Barcelona

Let's run and dance in the streets of Barcelona. 

Whaaaat? Wonder what we gonna look like? A bunch of happy people moving forward dancing and having a good time. 

Why? to have fun, do some exercises at the same time and spread love in our beautiful city. 

How? with respect. Volume of the music is not too loud and we'll be moving nearly all the time in order not to disturb anyone.

Each time we go for a different track and we run and dance to the rhythm of a funky playlist.

Difficulty: easy - suitable for everyone. You don't have to be a runner nor a dancer.  The idea is to have fun while doing exercices. We will go for more or less km depending on the mood of the day. 

After Rancing:  let's go for a drink or have tapas together in the neighborhood (optional).

Bring running shoes, comfortable clothes, bring funny accesories, costumes if you want (optional).
