The plan
This session is a 1h30 introduction course to understand what Nonviolent Communication is and how it can help us take care of our relationships with others and with ourselves. It is an interactive session in which everyone can participate (if they wish).
Language: the session will be held in Spanish. It’s important to have a good level of Spanish comprehension even if all team members speak English and will be able to help if you need clarification.
What to bring? You can bring something to eat and/or drink after the session. We also recommend that you bring a beach pareo or a blanket so you can sit on the floor.
Where are we going? This afterwork session will take place in the quiet gardens of "Doctor Pla i Armengol". In case of bad weather conditions, we'll do it at Moshe's house which is located…
