Hiking, Canyoning and/or ferrata weekend @L'Alt Urgell

Option 1: €180  1 night, 2 days canyoning/via ferrata.

Option 2: €150  1 night, 1 day hiking and 1 day canyoning.

(You can choose amongst those 2 options during the booking process)

The remaining amount is to be paid in cash on the day.

The plan

Let's go for a great weekend in the beautiful region of l'Alt Urgell. You can decide to go for amazing adventures sports (canyoning or via ferrata) for the 2 days or choose to go canyoning 1 day and hike the other day. In the canyons close by la Seu d'Urgell, we will find several natural pools, slides and pretty challenging rappels. We can also do a few jumps (always optionals). The crystal turquoise colour of the river and the beautiful views are amazing. The activity is suitable for beginners. For the ones who choose to canyoning/ferrata on both days, the idea is to go canyoning one day and on the other day, depending on the quantity of water and weather conditions, we would choose to go canyoning or go for a Via ferrata. We'll decide that together on the spot. The ferrata we'll be also suitable for beginner (K2-K3). 

For the ones who choose to go hiking one of the days, we will discover the beautiful nature and typical villages of the region and why not, enjoy a nice splash in the natural swimming pools.

Difficulty level: 

Hike: easy - moderate: from 12 to 18km and 300 to 700m level difference. (the guide will choose the more appropirate hike depending on the weather conditions)

Canyoning: good for beginners. Jumps are optional and up to everyone's own will (and need for) adrenalin. Perfect for beginners or people that want to improve their technique.

Via ferrata: good for beginners who do not have fear of heights

How do we get there? By shared private cars from Barcelona. During the booking process you’ll be invited to tell us if you have a car, how many people can come with. Each passenger will pay €20 to the driver to cover gas and tolls expenses. You can also meet us on the spot. 

Accommodation We’ll be staying in a nice hostal (rated 8,5/10 in Booking) in the beautiful village of Oliana. The rooms are twin bed rooms (2 single beds) and private bathroom. Towels and sheets are provided. 

Breakfast is included. 

What to bring?

• 2 pairs of sport/hiking shoes. One that you'll use for the canyoning and which will get wet and the other one for hiking
• Swimming suit
• Towel
• Extra t-shirt in synthetic material
• Water
• Picnic
• Snacks
• Sun protection (sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses) 
• Hiking sticks (recommended for the hike).

Includes:

• 1 night in twin rooms (hostel rated 8,5/10 in Booking)
• Breakfast
• 1 day canyoning
• 1 day hiking with official mountain guide
• Official Canyoning guide
• Material: full canyoning gear: harness, wetsuit, helmet
• Insurance in case of accident+CL

Not included:

• Transportation (€20 per passenger)
• Meals. 
• Extra canyoning/ferrata day (€30/day)
• Anything not included in "Includes"

Cancellation policy: if cancellation till 72h before the beginning of the activity, 50% will be charged. If late cancellation (less than 72h before), full payment will be requested.
