The Plan 

Awesome hike that will allow us to climb to the highest point of Montgrony, the summit of Costa Pubilla or Pla de Pujalts. With its 2056m it becomes a fantastic viewpoint of the regions of central Catalonia and the mountains of the eastern Pyrenees. The itinerary offers us beautiful pre-Pyrenean landscapes and reveals an area full of history and legends.

We'll start the walk from the beautiful town of Toses, one of the highest towns in Catalonia. We'll hike up through the mountain ridge in order to climb the summits of Pedra Picada (2006m) and Costa Pubilla (2056m), included in the list of the 100 Cims of the FEEC. The going down is through a beautiful single path that will take us to the town of Planoles, the end point of the route.

How do we get there?

The meeting point with the guide is at Toses train station at 8:47 am. You can go by train from Sant Andreu Arenal station in Barcelona with the R3 line (direction Puigcerdà). The train departs at 6:18 am from there, but make sure to get there at least 15 minutes before the departure. The excursion ends in Planoles train station (it's not circular).

Cancellation policy:

If cancellation till 72h before the beginning of the activity, 50% will be charged. If late cancellation (less than 72h before), full payment will be requested.
