Hi there, Laila, one of our Yepalo adventurers is offering us a free online guided meditation. Who's in?
In this 25-30 minutes meditation practice, you will train your mind to make you more aware of your life experiences. This meditation is an observation-based, self-exploratory journey that focuses on deep interconnection between the mind and body. For this practice, you will choose a quiet place away from artificial and natural light.
