The plan 

This hike starts from the Garriga train station and will take us through the oak and pine forests to gradually climb up to the Puiggraciós Tower. 

We will continue along a path which runs over the cliffs overlooking all these steep walls with lush vegetation and an amazing panoramic view of the whole Montseny natural park, including the Tagamanent or Matagalls in the background. We will finish at the Figaró station, passing by the beautiful waterfall of Salt del Prat that can reach up to 30 meters high.

How do we get there?

The meeting point is the train station of Sant Andreu Arenal at 08h30 in order to take the 08h48 train to la Garriga train station but you can take the train at the station you want and meet us directly at La Garriga station at 09h26. You can also come by private transport or carpooling (it’s not a circular hike so you will need to take the train back for one stop). 

For the way back, we'll take the train at Figaró (same line). 

What to bring?

  • Covid: Mask + hand sanitizer
  • Hiking shoes
  • Sun protection (glasses, cap, sun cream) 
  • Picnic + snacks 
  • Water (1,5L) 
  • Walking sticks (recommended) 
  • Waterproof jacket (just in case) 
  • Clothes accordig to the weather

Cancellation policy

If cancellation till 72h before the beginning of the activity, 50% of the total amount will be charged. If late cancellation (less than 72h before), full payment will be requested.

COVID19: In case of being positive for coronavirus or having to quarantine for having been in contact with a positive, 100% of the down payment is refunded (presenting medical documentation). In case of official mobility restrictions implemented by the government, a 100% refund will also be made.
