This is a “tech - free / no-scroll” adventure:
Phones OFF or in airplane mode, and kept at the bottom of your backpack (or come without your phone).
We’ll start with a short intro to Tech-A-Break philosophy: reconnect with nature + people + yourself, and use tech only as a tool.
