🧅 There are few things more traditional in Catalonia than eating calçots dipping them well in romesco sauce! Maybe you'll get dirty and surely you end up with dirty hands... but it's part of the experience!! And it's so worth it! 🤤
The Plan
🥾 We'lI go for a 2-3 hours morning walk in the Collserola bordering Barcelona, enjoying spectacular views of the city and going through unknown woods areas, as well as the Vallvidrera reservoir.
🍽️ After the hike, we'll enjoy some delicious Calçots in the a local restaurant.
