Let’s cross the Collserola Natural Park from Vallvidrera to Sant Cugat along the “water springs route”. We will go up to Tibidabo, pass by the beautiful hermitage of Sant Medir, the monumental pine “Pi de’n Xandri” (this pine is over 230 years old), Sant Adjutori and the Iberian oven of Sant Cugat. The route of the water springs, which, as its name indicates, runs through different historical springs hidden in this beautiful natural park. We’ll finish in the best possible way, in a local craft brewery in Sant Cugat del Vallès. We’ll visit the brewery and they’ll help us to interpret and understand beer better by tasting some of its delicious craft beers. Once finished, we can decide to take a walk around and inside the precious Sant Cugat monastery.The plan
